CRITIQUE GROUPS
We have four great critique groups in Area 5, plus the Pennwriters Critique Partner Program. This is a wonderful way to get feedback and build your community. Email me for more details!
The critique group that I run, the Fourth Wednesday Virtual Writers Group, is in need of more participants. You just upload up to 15 pages, double-spaced, onto the Google Drive spreadsheet at the beginning of each month, and then you have until the end of the month to read and comment on everyone else's submissions. This group was started and became very active during the pandemic, but participation has dwindled since then. If you are interested in joining or want more information, please contact me.
The South York Critique Group, which meets online monthly, is also looking for new participants. Contact coordinator Hermina Boyle to get involved: merryvoice2@yahoo.com.
The O.G. (in person) version of the Fourth Wednesday Writers Group has been on hiatus due to lack of participation. However, the coordinator Tina Crone is interested in restarting it, perhaps with a different format, if there is interest. Please contact her directly if you might be interested: tmcrone@yahoo.com
